Job Description

The quality team covers a wide range from product planning to manufacturing, shipment and post-sales, and guarantees the quality of our products and services. 

• Planning and implementation of actions related to the drafting and revision of quality standards, quality policies, tools. 

• Creation and support of product standards. 

• Creation, introduction and operation of processes and standards at the start of production of new products. 

• Manufacturing and processing plants ( domestic, overseas, a process audit of internal and external), improved follow-up. 

• inquiries related to food quality and safety from both internal and external. 

• claims-aware, such as the subsequent improvement plan.

Hiring requirements

◆ Required experience / capabilities 

• 3 years of quality assurance work experience in the food industry (preferably in the fishery industry). 

• Knowledge related to quality assurance such as JAS Law, Food Sanitation Law, Food Labeling Law. 

• Knowledge of food safety management system Operation experience (SQF, HACCP. ISO9001, ISO22000, etc.) 

• Batch display, product plan creation experience. 

• Reading and writing in English.

• Experience in quality control at food manufacturing and processing plants. 

• Auditing overseas Experience.

fixed overtime system

Fixed overtime. 

Pay basic salary: 233,000 yen to 350,000 yen. 

Fixed overtime pay: 64,000 yen to 96,000 yen.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

・Monthly wage system (* annual salary = monthly salary x 12 months + performance bonus + overtime allowance.) 

Basic salary (233,000-350,000 yen) + monthly fixed overtime pay overtime (30 hours + equivalent to 5 hours late at night, 64,000-96,000 yen) )including. If the actual time exceeds, the difference will be paid. 

・ Performance bonus: Annual payment in March. 

・ Salary revision: Once a year. 

・ Increase or decrease from the expected amount considering current income and experience.
