Job Description

[Business Overview] 

We started our career as a “field engineer in charge of the Tokyo metropolitan area” and are looking for people who can play an active role in our company with an excellent business sense. In this position, in order to have our technical products (digital tools, refractory materials, power tools) used in construction projects, we will play an important role in conducting sales based on technical knowledge for general contractors and sub-contractors.

[Details of work] 

Work details: 

For the time being, we will be in charge of the following work and expand the scope of work according to experience. 

1.In order to have the company’s technical products (digital tools, refractory materials, electric tools) used in construction projects, general contractors and sub-contractors will conduct sales based on technical knowledge (spec-in sales). 

2.Collaborate with sales staff in the company to realize sales of spec-in projects. 

3.Company’s technical products allow you to use the properties of a certain impact layer (construction ordering party, design firms, manufacturers (building materials, general contractors) to newly develop, show the technical superiority of the product. 

4.House of the method which can be used a technical product developed in collaboration with design companies and general contractors, leading to orders for construction work responsibility of the implementation.

5. Responsible for technical training related to their products and to its progress cooperation.

6. Relevant internal departments and technical support. 

* Please make a business trip to the head office in Kanagawa Prefecture once a month for meetings.

Hiring requirements

[Required (MUST)] 

-Practical experience in the construction industry (design, technology, site or construction management). 

-Ordinary driving license Type 1. 

[Welcome conditions] 

-For business talks with general contractors (especially major general contractors) or for technical / specification meetings related experience and construction technology knowledge. Yes, if you have a construction qualification holder.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Monthly salary from 296,100 yen to + Monthly bounty. 

* Monthly bounty: Team incentive standard amount: 21,000 yen (when team achievement rate is 100%). 

Individual incentive standard amount: 49,000 yen (when individual achievement rate is 100%). 

Monthly salary + Incentive standard amount = 366,100 yen. 

Bonus twice per year = Standard payment amount once: 390,000 yen × 2 times = 780,000 yen.
