Job Description

This is the position of the Technical Support Team in the Product Division. 

My job is to communicate timely with customers who use them every day.

We will respond to problems and inquiries that occur when using Bell Face. It’s not just customer support. At present, technical support is very fast in both initial response speed and satisfaction, and it is no exaggeration to say that it is at the global level. In addition to responding to each customer’s problems, we will make proposals that include the entire company, such as how to change the product based on that and how to use the accumulated data. 

<Specifically> 

-Responding to inquiries regarding usage and troubles from users of Bell Face 

* Support channel is Chat (Intercom). 

・ Report bugs / requests to engineers, check implementation status 

・ Create / update Help Center articles
