Job Description

We are looking for people who will take the lead in developing stores as managers. 

Specifically, you will lead team members to perform the following tasks. 

・ Support for existing stores (contract renewal, rent revision negotiations, etc.). 

・ Residence of store openings and exits.  

・ Store development operations (from collection and analysis of property information, negotiation of conditions). 

・ Management of store design / construction management department.

Hiring requirements

[Required skills / experience] 

・ Those who can make tough negotiations with developers 

・ Over 10 years of store development work experience in the retail distribution industry 

・ Experiences such as store opening strategy formulation and investment plan formulation

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

  • Salary revision Once a year (March). 
  • Bonus twice a year (May / November).
