This time we are looking for leaders who will lead a group of specialists who debug products related to “e-Sales Manager”, which has a high share in Japan.
● Patch release plan planning
● Develop a patch release plan for the debug team / Build a system / Progress, personnel management / issue management, problem solving according to the project management release plan
● Technical survey inquiry events and Current status analysis from log, identification of cause / provision of temporary / permanent countermeasures
● Debug bug correction / unit test execution / integration test execution development environment: Eclipse management tool: internal system, Redmine, SVN
[Required ability and experience]
■ Experience working as a debug leader for
software development project operation and maintenance for more than 1 year
■ Troubleshooting experience for software development project operation and maintenance
■ Java development experience for 3 years
■ Experience in negotiations with other departments and customers
■ Quality management experience for non-functional requirements such as performance and security perspectives
■ Working as a manager or manager in the operation and maintenance of software development projects
■ Experience working as a manager or manager in the organization’s quality control department
■ Participating in the upstream process of planning / requirements definition and design, and experience performing reviews from the perspective of quality assurance.
