Job Description

About customers

The company’s products will be introduced to major contractors and high-end construction contractors. About 70% are route sales, and most of the new sales are echo sales for customers who have made inquiries. 

Sales style

  1. The company’s recognition in the industry and the superiority of its products are high, making it easy to make proposals to customers. 
  2. It is a style that builds a relationship of trust carefully and has a long relationship with you, so there is no such thing as a suggestion. 
  3. We visit customers in charge regularly to check the status of the products they have introduced and introduce new products using brochures. Around 4 companies in a day turn by company-owned car. 
  4. Even if there are no projects in charge, it is important to visit regularly so that you can build a close relationship on a daily basis, and to create a relationship that is easy to hear and depend on when something happens. 

Working environment

The office staff will support about half of the preparation of the estimate and ordering work, so you can concentrate on sales activities without being overwhelmed by complicated work. 

An educational environment is also in place, and senior employees teach one-on-one how to work. First of all, we are in charge of existing customers who have been handed over from seniors. It is safe because you are already a customer with a relationship of trust. 

Required requirements
