Job Description

Along with the expansion of the e-commerce business, which is the main sales channel, you will be responsible for retention marketing for existing customers on our e-commerce site

1. The customer analysis, purchasing behavior analysis 

2. Bulletin magazine and catalog, production and in the generation of flyers 

3. cross-sell, up-sell promote customer training to increase the 4. LTV (customer lifetime value) 

5 . CRM’s general operations related to the (customer relationship management) proposing measures 6. hospitality tool and recommendation tools, execution, effect measurement 

[Required] 

More than 2 years of practical experience in retention measures 

・ Experience related to mail-order industry business 

・ Data analysis and PDCA cycle operation experience
