Job Description

■ Mission In 

the second growth period, the company is pursuing various corporate reforms, including the acquisition of a US company. 

This position will be an important position of the Corporate Planning Department, which will make strategic planning and business promotion not only in Japan but also in overseas group companies such as the United States, South Korea and Taiwan as Head Quarter. Our mission is to support the development of the FRONTEO Group by making accurate management decisions at the closest location to management.

▼ The following is the formulation and management of the company group’s overall management policy 

(1) Planning and planning strategies for expanding existing businesses 

(2) Planning, planning and execution in new business areas (business development) 

(3) Management strategy formulation work 

(4) Management plan creation work 

(5) Internal / external environmental research and analysis work, marketing analysis

Hiring requirements

■ Requirement 

・ 4 graduates or more 

・ Business planning (management strategy) work experience more than 5 years, or listed company management planning department experience, business promotion (business strategy) manager experience at listed company, 

・ English business level

Estimated annual income: 7 million to 10 million yen
