Job Description

You will be in charge of planning sales at the Doctor Career Division. This position supports the recruitment of medical institutions using the company’s job advertisement service. 

1. Medical institutions that want to hire doctors for their customers

3. Sales methods and processes. Doctors are extremely difficult to hire, and there are many medical institutions that cannot be hired even after one year of recruitment activities. On the other hand, the role of the planning sales staff is to support the recruitment of medical institutions and, in some cases, prefectural units, using the latest Internet and marketing technology-implemented platforms. 

1) Utilization of the latest Internet and platform with marketing technology

2) Recruitment of medical institutions (possibly by prefecture) Support

Hiring requirements

Estimated annual income: 4.5 million to 5 million yen Monthly salary: 321,000 to 357,000 yen 

* Salary includes 40 hours of fixed overtime (75,000 to 84,000 yen) (the excess is paid separately). Transportation expenses (up to 35,000 yen per month)
