Job Description

As the flagship role of Diva with the vision of becoming a world-class software company, promote the business of overseas businesses 

such as the launch of new services, overseas partner development, organizational development, etc. of a small team of five people I’ll leave it to you.

contribute to the contribution of customers to the world, based on the foundation of systems, customer assets and human resources expertise that we have accumulated over the past 20 years .

.<Expectations> Based on your experience, you will be responsible for business promotion (planning, sales, project management, etc.), focusing on areas where you can easily contribute to our service line . 

In addition, we will examine and promote measures to strengthen human resources for business expansion, support human resource securing, 

and promote business expansion in the form of involution in business performance.

・ Examine measures to solve issues related to overseas expansion of our customers, concept formulation 

/ organization development, recruitment of human resources, management business 

・ Overseas sub-consolidation for Japanese companies using other companies’ consolidated accounting systems In charge of solution proposal and introduction PM 

・ Consultation for improving accuracy and speeding up in collecting reporting packages to overseas companies, system introduction

Hiring requirements

[Required requirements] 

● Experience in introducing both consolidated and non-consolidated systems, IFRS / earnings settlement consulting, etc. 

● BIG4 enrollment experience (experience working with auditors) 

● Currently consulting firm

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Annual salary increase (July), Bonus twice a year (June / December), Commuting allowance (paid within the tax-exempt limit) * 150,000 yen / month.
