Job Description

[Q] What kind of work? 

[A] A network is necessary to connect distant objects such as the Internet you normally use and exchange information. We will provide support such as maintenance and monitoring to keep this network running without problems and repairs when trouble occurs. It’s an important job that supports our lives. 

[Q] What is the flow after joining the company? 

[A] Start with a three-week training program. Let’s learn from the basics about business manners and computer operations such as Word and Excel. The goal of the training is the acquisition of CCNA, an IT qualification (all seniors have passed. Once you pass, a qualification allowance of 10,000 yen will be paid). 

[Q] What do you do after training? 

[A] The business starts. You can start with simple tasks such as monitoring the network and creating reports when trouble occurs. Basically, you can proceed according to the manual. Also, since you are assigned to the same team as your seniors, you can immediately ask questions if you have any questions. 

[Q] What is your future career plan? 

[A] After gaining experience in operations such as network operation and maintenance, help desk, etc., you can take on the challenge of creating a network from scratch. In addition, it is possible to challenge a wide range of careers such as member management and training of new employees. You can expand your potential by getting qualifications and getting jobs in your hands.

[A] All seniors are inexperienced employees, and more than 80% are from humanities. I know the anxious feelings of those who jump in from inexperience, so the care is outstanding. If you have time, we will hold a study meeting, ask you to say “I’m okay?”, Or go to rice together.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Monthly salary: 205,000 yen

Wage form: Monthly salary increase: Scheduled annual income is an estimate only and may go up and down through selection. 

Monthly salary includes notation of fixed allowance.
