Job Description

The operations and occupations that can be used mainly by the Company are domestic and overseas legal procedures required for listed companies, and the management of the Legal Compliance Department including the Internal Control Department related to global subsidiary control. Currently, overseas countries are USA, UK, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia and India. You can engage in the establishment of compliance and governance systems suitable for companies that are expanding globally, and the development and operation of internal controls. 

<Main work contents> 

・ Membership management of the entire department 

・ Planning and promotion of internal control audits of Group companies in Japan and overseas 

・ Supervising management of the Audit and Supervisory Committee 

・ Supervising management of the Risk Management Committee 

・ Formulation and promotion of BCP 

・ Individuals Planning of information management, etc. 

・ Direction of legal cases with high difficulty such as lawsuits 

・ General meeting of shareholders, management of the board of directors (overseas business trips once or twice a year)

・ Legal / Compliance / Company general 

management experience at operating companies over 10 years 

・ Experience in member management 

・ High level of ability to build relationships with internal departments 

・ Business level English / Management experience
