Job Description

◎ TA department member management of (adoption services) * In the case of managers adopted

◎ operations management business from adoption to joining

◎ employment contract contents of the review

◎ grade, compensation and evaluation development and operation of the system

◎ development and operation of the training system

◎ Other necessary measures for personnel affairs

[Requirements]

・ Experience in hiring engineers

・ English business level [TOEIC standard: 700 points or more]

・ Experience in formulating personnel systems

 ・Knowledge about temporary staffing methods

・ Working experience at temporary staffing companies

 ・ Experience working with foreigners such as overseas employment and expatriates

・ Some management experience (* When hiring a manager)
