Job Description

In the department accounting department, you will be responsible for accounting for each division. 

[Specific business] 

1. Normal business application contents confirmation from daily slip and Division monthly closing, the annual balance sheet, profit and loss analysis article in the creation of the monthly master management of each system, billing and Payment processing (receivables management) / approval (acceptance / settlement / others) / journal voucher / inquiries from business divisions 

2. Budget formulation and settlement operations / budget formulation response / commitment correspondence (quarterly settlement, intermediate) Preparation of related materials such as financial results and year-end financial results) 

・ Audit response linked to year-end financial results 

3. Operation improvement and guidance to business divisions 

As a management department, we will improve operational management and provide guidance to business divisions. We will also start construction and meetings related to accounting processing with business departments from an early stage according to skills.

First half of the month: Monthly settlement is the second half of the main month: Payment / billing-related processing is the main 

example: Confirmation of internal requests, response to inquiries from business divisions, meetings with business divisions, expense settlement, billing・ Payment processing, payment check to suppliers, creation of slips, etc.

Hiring requirements

Those who meet all of the following requirements: 

1. Administrative power: work with speed and accuracy 

2. Communication ability: Natural communication with various people 

3. PC skills: Multiple functions in Excel Work experience used 

4. Fundamental knowledge of accounting: Nissho Bookkeeping Grade 3 or better (or better ) 

5. Experience in sales, adjustment in business, negotiation experience 

6. Experience in creating profit and loss management materials 

7 . Experience of system introduction and renewal 

8. Experience of dealing with a large number of fixed-time office work



Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income for the first year: 4.1 million yen-6.2 million yen 

Monthly salary: 187,000 yen-236,000 yen
