Job Description

This is a position that aims to “success of customers” for the companies that introduced “Bellface”. 

The target is a company that requires individualized support called high touch among the companies that have introduced it. 


You will be responsible for onboarding, consulting, and support operations toward a common goal with your customers. 


[Business description] 

The company’s consulting ranges from sales strategy development support to talk script creation, with a focus on sales. 

The job is to define customer success and continue to follow along, including formulating customer sales issues, analyzing factors, and proposing and establishing solutions centered on bell faces. 


[Specifically] 

◆ Inside sales consulting 

※ The number of companies in charge per person is about 180 companies 

・ Situation hearing 

department managers and kick-off meetings 

・ Event design and operation between users 

・ Consulting after introduction, 

each company in charge of providing information The “Bellface Internal Promoter” is set up by the company, and the proponent gives a lecture on how to use it and plays inside sales. 

・ Once a month for each company in charge of regular monthly meetings 

・ Continue Proposal, up-sell, cross-sell proposal, etc.

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Expected annual income: 3.6 million yen to 8 million yen

Expected monthly income: 350,000 to 670,000 yen (experience and ability) on the equal consideration, preferential treatment) in accordance with the provisions
