Job Description

The company’s Legal Department will be responsible for the following tasks. 

Risk management operations with a focus on legal affairs or reviews (receivables management) 

Specifically: 

・ Domestic and overseas contract review (mainly water and environmental domain projects, mainly in Japan) 

・ Compliance risk management (competition law, Subcontract Act, Import / Export, Personal Information Protection) , Claim Management (Customer / Project Review, Claim Protection / Recovery), Incident / Accident Response 

The company is currently in a period of change, pushing forward with the introduction of new products and expansion of entry areas.Therefore, diversification of business risks (region / risk type) is advancing, and we are recruiting strategic personnel to strengthen our response system.

Hiring requirements

Anyone who falls under any of the following or has a lawyer qualification 

* Any work history (law firm, in-house legal affairs) is irrelevant. 

・ Practical experience in the legal department of an operating company (including equivalent organizations) (contract review / preparation and credit management, accident / incident response, etc.)

・ Engineering contracts, risk management , lawyer qualifications

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

[Estimated annual income] 

4.5 million to 8.5 million yen (including overtime and various allowances) 

* Determined according to company regulations, taking into account experience, annual income of previous work, age, etc. 

 

Graduate graduate (master): monthly salary of 237,000 yen / university graduate: monthly salary of 217,000 yen * April 2017 results 

 

27 years old: 539.2 million yen (one dependent, with housing allowance) If, overtime except a) 

34-year-old: 7,158,000 yen (dependents 3 people, in the case of a housing allowance Yes, excluding overtime)
