Job Description

We will consult with sales representatives and senior engineers to introduce cloud security services to new customers. New customer support will be the main, but we will also be in charge of support work after introduction.

1) Customer visits and interviews For customer environment and implementation Hear exactly what needs. 

・We will make proposals for problem extraction and solution for proposal introduction. 

2) Improve implementation consulting skills at internal meetings, progress on projects, issues and implementation examples, and share knowledge. 

3) customer service (support team and cooperation) after the introduction service Q & A and the survey request correspondence about the general cause investigation using the in-house validation machines and verification environment to investigate the (Google Apps, range of influence by Office365 side of failure )

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

– Estimated annual income: 3.5 to 6 million yen
