Job Description

Responsible for support and support for the introduction of cloud-type groupware products for corporations. 

[Concrete operations] 

1. Introduction support 

/ customer visits 

/ Explanation of target product operations 

/ Requirement definition 

2. Construction of customer environment 

3. Support operations after installation (telephone and e-mail) 

“Operation method” “Setting method” We will respond to inquiries (technical support) from contracted companies such as “shooters”. 

<Examples of work in charge> 

* Determine the work to be entrusted based on your experience and skills. 

1. Visit customer site and explain function / requirement definition of target product 

2. Set up office 365, G Suite and Active Directory (AD) * for customer environment 

3. Respond to inquiries from customers at the introduction stage 

4. After installation is completed takeover corresponding to the support team 

inquiry for 5. various services (e-mail, phone) 

6. English translation, the document of the update feature

Hiring requirements

Required requirements] Those who meet one of the following requirements: 

1. Technical support experience 

of cloud type groupware products (Office365, G Suite, etc.)

 2. Support for introduction of cloud type groupware products (Office365, G Suite, etc.) for corporations Experience.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 4 million yen to 6.7 million yen 

* Considered according to experience, skills, and job description. Monthly salary, bonus: twice a year, salary revision: twice a year
