Job Description

This is a position search job for application engineers. 

* PM / PL / SE / consultants, etc. are looking for a wide range.Based on your wishes and experience, we will select you in multiple departments.This is a position match job for those interested in the company and who want to understand detailed positions.

[POS + (POSTUS)]

Development of our own product “POS +” (cloud-type mobile cash register service) and solution development based on POS + [HITO-Link Service Development Division]. 

It is positioned as a focused service within the company and is currently expanding its service lineup. 

From the definition of new service requirements to implementation release and maintenance, we will be responsible for project management in additional development . 

<System integration system> 

[SI for in-house use] 

Develop SI business for the group such as construction of the core system of the Parsol group, construction of various sites for intelligence, and maintenance. 

[External Sales SI] 

Strategic SI department that leads customer’s business to success with business expertise x technology. 

We are in charge of SI for customers inside and outside the Parsol Group, and we offer a comprehensive service from strategy planning / planning to design / construction and operation / maintenance. 

[Global SI] 

In addition to prime projects that form the same PJT team as the development team in Vietnam, for persol temp staff listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, from system planning such as in-house product and external web service development , from requirement definition to development, operation and maintenance We are doing a series of operations, but we will expand external projects in various genres in the future.

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory] 

Must have one of the following experiences (no language required ),Open system development experience,Business experience as an engineer,Project control experience as a PL / PM,PMO experience.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

■ Estimated annual income: 

 3,840,000 yen to 8,976,000 yen (excluding overtime charges). 

 4,290,000 yen to 10,554,000 yen (assuming overtime hours of 30 hours). 

■ Monthly salary: 

 240,000 yen to 561,000 yen (excluding overtime hours ) 296,300 yen to 692,500 yen (assuming overtime hours of 30 hours). 

■ Salary increase / decrease: Determined twice a year based on personnel evaluation system.
