Job Description

You will be responsible for developing Android client apps for Pairs. 

As an Android engineer, you will implement new measures and plan and execute technical strategies from a medium- to long-term perspective. In addition to development work, it is possible to relate to areas such as service improvement proposal extraction, hypothesis verification, and effect verification based on various KPIs and user action logs, and in charge of overall growth hacks for mobile applications I will do it.

-Development of Android client apps for Pairs-service development business such as planning-development-test-release of new measures 

・Development and execution of technology strategy for continuous maintenance 

・Improvement of development process. 

・Pairs growth hack. 

・Extraction of service improvement plan from various data and user action logs .

・Verification and improvement of hypothesis of service improvement plan Examination of measures and measurement of effects after measure release

-Development environment: Android Studio. 

-Development language: Kotlin / Java. 

-Library: RxJava / Dagger / Retrofit / Android-Orma. 

Architecture: Flux / MVP / MVVM / Layered Architecture.

Hiring requirements

・Understanding the language characteristics of Java.

・Understanding and practical experience of Android SDK.

Discretionary labor system fixed overtime system

Fixed overtime 

Pay basic salary: 278,690 yen to 710,289 yen 

Fixed overtime pay: 97,977 yen to 249,711 yen 

Fixed overtime hours: Additional wages for overtime work exceeding 45 hours fixed overtime hours: Yes.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

■ Annual income: 5,000,000 yen to 12,000,000 yen  

■ Monthly salary: 376,667 yen to 960,000 yen * Basic salary + deemed overtime 

pay * Basic salary: 278,690 yen to 710,289 yen 

* Deemed overtime pay: Not limited to overtime, overtime for 45 hours As allowance, 97,977 yen to 249,711 yen are paid. 

* Extra wages for overtime work over 45 hours, holiday work, and late night work will be paid separately. 

* Trial period: Existence (contracted employee for 1 month, conditions unchanged)  

Determined according to our regulations, taking into account experience and ability. 

-Salary increase: There will be a regular interview with the senior manager once every 

half year, and the salary will be decided at that time. -Bonus: Once every six months, the bonus will be paid according to the contribution to the business performance.
