Job Description

You will be responsible for accounting management at the leading logistics facility company.

[Concrete operations] 

1. Management operations

– Management of teams of 8 to 10 people

– Report to Japan CFO

2. Management of outsourcing partners

– Collaboration with external accounting firms outsourcing SPC accounting operations

– Monitoring of operations

3. Business related to financial results

– Monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reporting reporting package based on international accounting standards

– Reporting to Singapore team

– Audit response for consolidated financial results (mainly international accounting standards)

4. Efficiency Taxation (collaboration with tax accountant corporation)

5. Cost budget management of logistics facilities under construction and reporting

6. Reporting to investors

1. Management of the company’s accounting department

2. Can be actively involved in management

 

HIRING REQUIREMENTS

Those who meet all of the following requirements: 

1. Over 10 years of finance / accounting experience ( mainly financial accounting) 2. Team management experience (including goal setting and personnel evaluation for teams of 10 or more) 

3. Overseas Experience in communication with the base

4. English level ( level of communication with the Singapore team (email / phone) 5. PC skill (Excel business level, guideline: VLOOKUP, SUNIF can be handled well) 

English level (fluid pronunciation) in than that either, actually focus on whether the level of mutual understanding can be achieved in the business)

1. International accounting standards experience

2. real estate industry experience

3. SPC accounting experience

 

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 15 million yen or more (flexible depending on career)
